Our health program is a full protocol designed and personalized to work most effectively towards your goals.

Our medical team and health staff, design a custom plan for each individual to address the areas that impact your metabolism and help you work towards your goals most effectively.


After extensive baseline testing is completed and our medical staff completes their patient intake, our team thoroughly reviews the results. The protocol takes into account your current health status, while designing a plan that systematically will improve your health over a 60 day period.


Testing and Services of the Health Plan include:

  • Dexa Body Composition Scans (in partnership with DexaFit Long Island)
  • Resting Metabolic Rate Testing
  • VO2 Max Exercise Based Testing
  • Extensive Bloodwork Analysis (over 50+ biomarkers testing)
  • Physical Performance Analysis (with a certified personal trainers)
  • Patient intake and physical examination (performed by our medical staff

The program commences with testing and protocol design, once those areas are complete, our team will schedule a call with a medical team member to go over your protocol. Shortly after a health team member will reach out to schedule an orientation call to go over all areas of the program, including the nutrition protocol, fitness protocol and lifestyle protocol, which are all specifically designed and customized for each individual.


During the 60 day period you will meet weekly with a Registered Dietitian, who will guide you on your journey as it relates to nutrition. Our Accountability Coaches will conduct regular check-ins to make sure other areas of health are being optimized, including sticking to a regular exercise routine, getting adequate sleep and managing stress most effectively.
